Employment Status: Full Time- Benefit Eligible, 12-month Employee

POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Lower School is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented person to serve as the Lower School Administrative Assistant. The position reports directly to the Lower School Head. Their primary role is to provide administrative support to the Lower School Head, the Head of the New Avenues Program, students, and the parent community.

QUALIFYING CHARACTERISTICS

The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, resourcefulness, flexibility, and empathy when working with staff and students while embodying the school’s mission and philosophy. The Administrative Assistant focuses on maintaining meaningful connections and community life while welcoming and greeting all visitors, often being the first and last person families see when visiting the building.
